We work with you until successful resolution.
As many service requests can be resolved quickly by our techs there is a fixed price of $36 (including GST) for the first 30 minutes.
If your issue cannot be resolved within the first 30 minutes your tech will provide you with a summary diagnosis and a cost estimate for resolving the issue. After the first 30 minutes, our support services are charged at $18 per 15 minutes (including GST).
