Servswell as an idea was created to address two key problems:
Our frustration with tech support options for small business and households – expensive, poor customer service, poor transparency of services offered and costs
The drive to provide work and experience for technology experts – in an industry that values experience and reputation it is hard for graduates and newcomers to gain the experience they require while getting paid. Technology experts also do not have an avenue to easily offer their services when they would like and often end up driving rideshare instead of being paid for a skill that is highly desirable.
